CIG is pleased to announce the next eforum: We’ll discuss project management on Fri 12 Feb 2016 on our eforum mailing list cig-e-forum@jiscmail.ac.uk.
The topics will include (but not confined to) different methodologies of project management, do’s and dont’s, project organisation and communication, specifics of library and metadata projects, pro’s & con’s of different formal training routes, exit strategies etc. Our co-moderators on the day will be Lynne Dyer (Bibliographic Services Team Manager at De Montfort University Leicester), Dunia Garcia-Ontiveros (Head of Bibliographic Services at The London Library), and Alan Hughes (Head of Access and Public Programmes at National Library of Wales).
